Besides being a line from an Old 97's song, it seems it also applies to a city boss who has been demoted for leaving a window open during subzero temperatures, causing several hundred thousand dollars in damage after pipes froze and then burst.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports the superintendent with the Streets and Sanitation Department was suspended without pay for 15 days and reassigned due to the incident.
The city boss claims the wind must have blown the window open.
