Grammar Bitch tries to be nice, but in truth she struggles to restrain herself when she hears someone say 'Irregardless, I think we should consider...' (Finish that sentence however you like.) IRREGARDLESS is not a word. Just say 'regardless.' Grammar Bitch would appreciate it.
I know grammar bitch... you already posted this one!!! It must really IRK you. Now, let us talk about anyways and alls...now them two really IRK me...OOOPS...now lets talk about the use of the word "them" in that sentence (did it on purpose) ...UUGGGHH, that really IRKS me too. I have one friend that constantly violates; anyways,alls, them and seen (instead of saw) ALL THE TIME!!!! I HATE IT!!!

ReplyDeleteBut I know what you mean about the mis-use of 'seen' in sentences - I have a co-worker who always says 'I was at the store yesterday and I seen they have...' Kee-ripes!
